38.3 System Debugging
The 32 channel AMSY5 ASIP-2 system of acoustic emission acquisition and analysis, the resonant narrow-band integrated probe VS150-RIC, the AMSY5 acoustic
emission software (including BDSWB acquisition, VAELP analysis, BDSWLOC1
positioning and other software) from Germany Vallen company are used. The
AMSY5 ASIP-2 system has ultra-high speed, all digital, all waveform and strong
anti-interference. According to NB/T 47013.9-2012 “Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipment Part 9: Acoustic Emission Testing” and other standards, the testing
process is prepared. The simulation source is L2.5mmF0.3mm30°2H lead core
breaking, self calibration pulse signal. At the position 100 mm away from the probe,
the surface coating shall be removed and the metal background shall be exposed by
the angle grinder. The simulated acoustic emission signal shall be used for 3–5 times
of repeated measurement, and the sensitivity verification of each channel shall be
carried out one by one, which shall not be less than 76 dB. In principle, the sensitivity
variation range of each measurement shall not be more than ±4 dB.
The large vacuum system has the large size, the internal existence of reinforcing
ribs, the obvious difference of stress distribution and the influence of noise interference. In order to find out the effective methods of noise suppression and elimination,
and to ensure the smooth extraction and detection of effective acoustic emission
signals, the following measures are taken: one is to carry out repeated, multiple and
different conditions experimental debugging on the simulated test piece and the real
object; the other is to carry out the final measurement on the tank structure; thirdly, the
method of characteristic parameters is used to filter out the irrelevant noise signals.
