28.3.3 Data Acquisition Under Global Protection Sensor
The noise from the nitrogen sealing system is blocked by a global guard sensor. In
the 30 min acquisition process, 29 events are generated by the main sensor, with an
average of 1 event per minute. 1924 events are generated by the guard sensor, with
an average of 64.1 events per minute. The relevant acquisition results are shown in
Figs. 28.10, 28.11, 28.12, 28.13 and 28.14.
