Abstract Noise interference caused by the nitrogen seal system is an important
factor affecting the acoustic emission inspection effect of the floor of the atmospheric
storage tank. How to effectively reduce the impact of nitrogen seal system noise on
the detection results and obtain effective and real acoustic emission data is the key to
the acoustic emission inspection of this kind of equipment. In this paper, the acoustic
emission inspection system based on three point positioning algorithm is used, and
three kinds of arrangements are used, including the main acquisition sensor, the main
acquisition sensor + part guard sensor, the main acquisition sensor and all the guard
sensors, and acoustic emission inspection is carried out for the atmospheric storage
tank with nitrogen seal system, and the protection sensor is verified. Suppressing
effect and optimizing arrangement of noise signal in nitrogen sealing system. The
test results show that the strong noise caused by the nitrogen seal system can be
effectively filtered through the layout of the main acquisition sensor and the guard
sensor. It is of practical significance to solve the acoustic emission inspection problem
of the atmospheric storage tank under the on-line condition of the nitrogen seal system
and improve the acoustic emission detection ability of the floor of the atmospheric
storage tank.
With the rapid development of petrochemical industry and the increasing demand
for energy, petrochemical raw material reserves have attracted the attention of all
countries in the world. At present, China has built dozens of national strategic and
commercial petroleum reserves. Storage tank is an important storage equipment
for crude oil and product oil. Although the failure probability is low, the failure
consequence is serious. Leakage of large atmospheric storage tank will not only cause
environmental pollution such as soil, river and groundwater, but also easily cause
fire, explosion, and unimaginable consequences. According to relevant data, 80% of
tank accidents are caused by corrosion and perforation leakage of bottom plate. The
detection methods for floor leakage are generally divided into open tank detection
