converter (ACS550-01-05A4-4). The fatigue test rig is shown in Fig. 13.3. Test
conditions are listed in Table 13.1.
13.3.2 Fatigue Monitoring of Ball Bearings with Improved
AE Index
In this paper, event count, average amplitude, total ring count, mean duration, average
ring count, mean rise time and average ring count maximum, these 7 improved AE
indexes are used to monitor the running state of ball bearing. Figure 13.4 is the
mixing trend diagram of ball bearings with improved AE indexes for a total of 19 h
and 20 min fatigue life-cycle.
From Fig. 13.4, the trend of 7 improved AE indexes has the similar tendency.
