Divisional Secretary of the division, Assistant Divisional Secretary of the division,
Director of Planning at district administration, Assistant Director of Planning of the
division, Assistant Commissioner of respective Local Government, and Assistant
Director of District Disaster Management Centre of the respective district (Fig. 13.2).
In addition, the following mid-level staff from divisional administrative offices
