The future of soil science and plant nutrition is not easy to predict, but I hope it will move
forward in directions that will use cutting-edge modern technology and also in an integrated
and more systematic direction with a philosophy harmonized with social awareness regarding
soil science and plant nutrition. In these perspectives, this book is really the useful chart for
progress and development of soil science and plant nutrition in the new era.
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. (Albert Einstein)
