APPENDIX B
Hope is a tool to levy
Reasonable demands in unreasonable times
Expecting power to yield to truth.
We live in an apocalyptic moment
That empathy and friendship help us recognise.
Solidarity is our vessel of choice
And on these tumultuous waters under
Cloudy skies, hope is our guiding star.
