Processes and is on the editorial advisory board of five
journals in the domain of Materials Science and
Engineering and Manufacturing Processes. His research
has enabled him to deliver over 240 technical presentations in national and international meetings and symposia.
He has authored and co-authored over 750 archival
publications in international journals, chapters in books,
proceedings of national and international conferences,
reviews of books, and technical reports. His RG score is
45.5 with an h-index of 53 and Google Scholar citations of
9500, ranking him to be among the top 2% of researchers
in the world. In recognition of his efforts and contributions
and their impact on furthering science, technology, and
education he has been elected.
(a) Fellow of the American Society for Materials,
International (ASM Int.);
(b) Fellow of American Society of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME); and
(c) Fellow of American Association for the
Advancement of Science (AAAS).
He has also been recognized for his efforts and contributions for the following:
(i) Outstanding Young Alumnus of Georgia
Institute of Technology;
(ii) Outstanding Research Faculty of the College of
Engineering (The University of Akron); and
(iii) Outstanding Research Faculty at The University
of Akron.
He offers his knowledge and services to the National
Research Laboratories and industries related to aerospace, automotive, power-generation, leisure-related
products, and applied medical sciences.
