i.e., the radial electric field, occurs along the direction from ϕ = π/2 to ϕ = 3π/2.
This electric field is caused by the translational motion of the longitudinal flux component along the direction from ϕ = 0 to ϕ = π . This is consistent with the appearance
of the longitudinal negative electric field at around ϕ = π . Such a radial electric field
was really observed [21], and this observation gives a proof of the helical flux flow.
