status in P and KU stages of their mobile phones and cars seem to be obviously less
pleasant than of their handicrafts. Nevertheless, it doesn’t mean that the users feel
absolutely no pleasure when obtaining and using a mobile phone or car, as they never
purchase a product causing their emotional pain. There is also the factor of relativity,
as the users’ Kansei statuses in P stages of mobile phones and cars are more pleasant
or less painful than those in R stages.
