The final step of product risk assessment is to identify and implement actions
or measures to reduce any risks that have been classified as not acceptable (see
Sect. 6.7).
Task: Answer the following for the three areas investigated in this case study (risk
to the environment, occupational risk, and dietary risk):
(a) Which risks identified during the assessment could be deemed as not acceptable?
(b) What measures or actions could potentially be taken specifically to reduce these
