under the condition of fire. In order to improve the operation and calculation efficiency
while inputting parameters for different working conditions, module tools such as the
pressure control valve and a spreadsheet are added to the dynamic model. The dynamic
simulation is shown in Fig. 1.

3 Calculation of Discharge Temperature
3.1 Applicable Temperature Pressure Range of Materials for the Steel Pipe
Flange
The steel pipe flange material selected for this system is ordinary carbon steel (A106-B),
and the flange is Class150. The applicable temperature pressure range of this specification
of flange material is shown in Fig. 2.

It can be seen from Fig. 2 that when the operating pressure is 1300 kPaG,
the maximum allowable operating temperature of the Class150 pipe flange is about
220 °C, and the allowable stress for the pipe flange gradually decreases as the operating
temperature increases.
