In addition, this information should indicate the hazards of acute exposure and
chronic exposure.
Labeling requirements, which should be in accordance with national requirements,
should also include:
(1) In relation to required information, and where appropriate:
(1.1) Trade names
(1.2) The identification of the chemical
(1.3) The name, address, and telephone number of the supplier
(1.4) Danger symbols
(1.5) The nature of particular risk(s) associated with the use of the chemical
product
(1.6) Safety precautions
(1.7) The identification of the lot and expiration date
(1.8) An indication that a safety data sheet providing additional information is
available
(1.9) The classification assigned in accordance with the system established by
the competent authority
(2) With concern to readability, durability, and size of the label, appropriate
information
(3) With concern to consistency of labels and symbols, needed data have to include
used colors (with reference to food-related information, the matter of colors is
not applicable in general).
