3.1.2 Circular to Octagonal Cross Section Wind Tunnel
An example of such a wind tunnel is the S2L of the ONERA Meudon centre which
is a low speed wind tunnel of the Eiffel type driven by a 32 kW motor. Its velocity
range is between 4 and 45 m/s and it has three interchangeable test sections: two of
circular section and an octagonal section for optical access. The collector has an inlet
