Intelligence equipment, as a rule, acts as a defensive weapon. They make it possible
to obtain information about the enemy’s offensive weapons and ways to use them,
which makes it possible to more efficiently configure own means of information
technology defense. The impact of intelligence tools and equipment is manifested
both in the form of passive actions aimed at obtaining information and, as a rule,
related to the violation of its confidentiality and in the form of active actions aimed
at creating favorable conditions for obtaining information.
