4.2.3 Inspection Datum Fitting
The theoretical position of the central point of the aircraft fixed joint coincides with
that of the central point of the tubing end. Accordingly, the theoretical endpoints of
tubing and the locating point of the clamp can be directly used to fit the inspection
datum, so as to realize the unification of the inspection datum and the assembling
positioning datum of tubing, as shown in Fig. 4.3. Four steps are as follows:
(1) Determination of the datum points: the theoretical endpoints of tubing and the
locating point of the clamp. According to the actual assembly situation, the
