The library (package) you created named TwoTanks should consist of the following
subpackages:
• Interfaces package containing connectors for transferring fluid, heat, and control (in Fig. 6.43 they are represented by a blue, red triangle, and black dot,
respectively);
• Components package, which contains a description of the classes required for a
complete model: (SourceLig) fluid source, (SourceHeat) heater, (PumpLig) pump,
and (Tank) tank;
• Controllers package, which contains a description of the three control knobs;
• Plant class describing the entire system.
Modeling and computational experiment
The process of creating components in textual, graphical, and pictorial representations was examined in detail in the first example. Therefore, now briefly dwell
on the mathematical foundations of creating each component and the principles of
constructing a common model.
Let us start by creating a package of regulators.
