Deurbanization and Rural Development
Abstract The concept of deurbanization and rural development is the practice of
transforming urbanization into the rural area to mitigate the urban congestion to
secure an ecologically balanced community. Therefore, deurbanization and rural
development are being thus proposed to exercise through the implementation of
sustainability tools in all sectors in our daily lives which are environmentally
friendly and resource efficient throughout the life cycle to maximize the achievement of economic value to build a resilience community. Subsequently, deurbanization and rural development must be secured by implementing cutting-edge metrics
of sustainability considering the following five major sectors: (1) environment, (2)
energy, (3) building, (4) infrastructure and transportation, and (5) water supply.
Simply deurbanization and rural development can be defined as the combined
method of transformation and implementation of green planning, designing, and
developing of all sectors of environment, energy, building, infrastructure, and water
by conducting advanced research and environmentally friendly technology to
reduce the stress on urban area in order to build a balanced environment on earth.

Introduction
There has been massive development of urbanization for the past 100 years globally
due to the flocking of rural habitants into the urban area for better job opportunity
and lifestyle which in fact is causing severe urban congestion and global environmental crisis [1, 2]. Simply we need deurbanization and rural development in which
people can migrate from urban to rural communities to perform their job from
home and conduct simpler clean and green lifestyles. In recent days the communications technology has been developed tremendously and thus people from rural
