3.5 H 2 /CO Ratio Marginally Increases with Increase
in O 2 Concentration
The H 2 /CO ratio at equilibrium decreases with increase in O 2 concentration.
However, in the fixed-bed reactor studies, the H 2 /CO ratio increases slightly with
increase in O 2 concentration at both reaction temperatures (Figs. 12 and 13). It
appears that the effect of O 2 has a similar trend as the effect of temperature on H 2 /
CO ratio (Fig. 6).
