applications these resins withstand acids and corrosive salts encountered in
foodsand foodh andling.
4.10.21 Bisphenol-A FumurateP olyesters
This is ap remium-grade corrosionr esistant resin. It costs approximately
one-third more than an isophthalic resin.
Standard bisphenol-A fumurate resins are derived from the propylene
glycol or oxided iether of bisphenol-A and fumuric acid. The aromatic
