Tables 1 and 2 present the summary of the 20 above-mentioned tender procedures
with information about: the subject of the order, the conditions for participating in
the procedure with regards to the required knowledge and experience of the company
in the field of BIM, the required knowledge and experience of the staff in the field
of BIM, and also SETC requirements regarding the implementation of the order in
BIM technology. In turn, Tables 3 and 4 contain the percentage share of individual
criteria for selecting the best bid.
4 Detailed Analysis of Tender Procedures
Figure 1 shows the scope and the relationships between the subjects of the contract
for the 20 analysed tender procedures, while Fig. 2 shows the relationships between
the required knowledge and experience of the company and its staff in the field of
BIM, as well as the BIM requirements contained in the SETC.
Based on the detailed analysis of the 20 selected Polish tender procedures, it was
concluded that:
• the subject of 18 tender procedures was the development of project documentation
for the planned construction works, which accounts for 90% of all the analysed
