Aldino Santos de Campos (Commander) Holds a degree in Naval Military Sciences (Portuguese
Navy), Meng in Geomatics (Canada) and PhD in Territory Engineering (Lisbon). He is presently
engaged on a PhD in International Relations and Ocean Governance (Lisbon). Professor in the
Portuguese Naval Academy and Researcher at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations.
Elected in 2017 for the United Nations Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf.
