Affinity To Water [4].
In any new human settlement along the coast and next to water bodies should acknowledge
the complex dynamics of coastal and water systems. Investigate the biophysical characteristics
and social-ecological systems of place to understand the patterns of human- nature affiliations.
Manage and plan the interface between these human and nature systems towards a rich, biodiverse enriched and sustainable future (Fig. 4.5).
