Dhwani Gambhir holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Department of Management Studies, IIT
Delhi. Her research interests include productivity and efficiency analysis, small business, women
empowerment and development. She is the Founder and Managing Partner at Eternal Light LLP,
a firm providing research, consultancy and coaching services. She has previously worked as an
Assistant Professor in Commerce at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She has taught
a variety of subjects such as Financial Management, Financial Institutions and Services, Financial and Management Accounting, Economics, Corporate Taxation and Computer Applications
for Business. She qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Commerce and has been a
recipient of the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from the
University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. Her research has been published in international
refereed journals, and she has participated in several international research conferences.
Ahmad Mohd Khalid is a research scholar in the area of economics at the Department of
Management Studies, IIT Delhi. His core areas of interest include SDGs, regional development,
energy and environmental issues, and policy analysis. He has published articles in reputed journals
by UN, Springer and Elsevier, and has presented papers in International Conferences in India and
abroad, including the Sustainability and Development Conference at the University of Michigan,
USA in 2019. He has received IIT Delhi’s Research Excellence Travel Award in 2019. He had also
qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the subjects of Management and Economics
previously.
Seema Sharma is Professor of Economics and Head of the Department of Management Studies
at IIT Delhi, New Delhi. Her research areas include sustainable development, socio-economic
analysis, productivity and efficiency analysis, and energy economics. She teaches Business
Economics, Macroeconomic Business Environment, Statistical Analysis and Advanced Data
Analysis to MBA and Ph.D. students. Her research is published in international refereed journals by publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Emerald and Sage, etc. She
has presented her research in many conferences in India and other countries such as the USA,
Japan, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia and Czech Republic. She was awarded the Outstanding
Young Faculty Fellowship Award by IIT Delhi for her contribution to teaching and research. She
was conferred with the Best Professor in Economics Award by Hindustan Unilever-BSA-Dewang
