it has been concluded that there are numerous positive correlations between these
two domains, especially between the habit of a healthy diet and exercises and the
motive of relaxation. The research results also showed that there are certain differences in the responses of the respondents depending on the group they belong to,
i.e., depending on the gender, age, job, or economic status (Ranˇ ci´ c et al. 2016).
A great number of similarities exist in different parts of the world. Even more,
the evidence suggests that such a thing as a single type of wellness traveller does not
exist, since people appear to try to find various experiences and beneficial elements
(Koskinen and Wilska 2019; Thal and Hudson 2019).

This paper seeks to indicate the significance of wellness centres in relation to the wellbeing of their visitors. This multidimensional framework involves various aspects,
such as individual, social and cultural dimensions. It is impossible for one to exist
without interacting with another. The aim of wellness practice is to improve the
quality of life and health in general through the concept of wellness, rather than
to portray a world where the disease is completely omitted. The focus is on the
subjective perception of an individual’s health, thus undoubtedly contributing to an
individual’s overall wellbeing.
The purpose of wellness is to provide a service aimed at boosting people’s health
and well-being. In order to do this, it deals with factors that affect an individual’s
health. Hotels ought to focus on comprehending a guest’s inner motivations so as
to aid its clients and contribute to their well-being. It is necessary for the hotel to
understand what motivated the clients to opt for the services of wellness centres in
the first place. If the hotels understand their visitors, they will be able to provide
them with the service they require. If these factors are met, success for both parties
is guaranteed.
It is imperative to provide a definition, as well as to properly measure wellbeing. The concepts of wellness and well-being can be seen as the stark opposite
of illness. They are perceived as a positive and subjective state. It is far more than
just a lack of illness. It is a separate concept altogether, which is often connected
to a multidimensional model. The following dimensions are regarded as the most
dominant ones: social, emotional, spiritual and physical.
There has been a steady increase in the instruments used to measure these dimensions. Also, a number of perspectives have been used. Nonetheless, as far as the
literature is concerned, this matter is yet to be fully understood and defined. There
still is room for progress when it comes to the way these concepts could be defined
and measured. This review noted that there are numerous differences when it comes
to various theoretical conceptualizations of well-being. It should be pointed out that
this also applies to the way well-being is implemented and applied as part of specific
theoretical categories. It is clear that the construct of well-being varies according
