There are three corrections for this chapter:
On page 74, 10th line from the bottom in Sect. 3.1, step 3, the phrase ‘85 ml ultrapure
water and 8.5 ml’ has been changed to ‘85 ml ultrapure water and 8.4 ml’.
On page 75, 6th line from top, the phrase ‘and then, e.g., 1 ml of this’ has been changed to
‘and then, e.g., 7.143 ml of this’.
On page 76, lines 4 and 5 from the bottom have been changed to ‘Add 1 ml citrate reagent,
1 ml phenol solution, and 1 ml trione solution to the sample flask. Add 1 ml citrate solution
and 2 ml’ from ‘Add 1 ml phenol reagent, 1 ml citrate solution, and 1 ml trione solution to
the sample flask. Add 1 ml phenol reagent and 2 ml’.
These changes have now been updated.
