Résumé. Ce mémoire apporte une contribution à la maîtrise de la production de naissains de
bivalves en Algérie, ouvrant la voie à un développement durable de la conchyliculture. La
production en écloserie permettra de répondre à la demande croissante en produits de la mer, tout
en préservant les ressources naturelles et en limitant l'impact environnemental. Ce secteur
prometteur contribuera non seulement à la sécurité alimentaire du pays en diversifiant les sources
d'approvisionnement en protéines, mais également à la création d'emplois et à la dynamisation
des zones côtières.
De plus, la maîtrise de la production de naissains permettra à l'Algérie de se positionner comme
un acteur majeur dans la filière conchylicole méditerranéenne, lui ouvrant ainsi de nouvelles
perspectives d'exportation et de collaboration internationale.
En conclusion, ce mémoire présente une solution concrète et durable pour le développement de
la conchyliculture en Algérie, contribuant ainsi à la valorisation des ressources marines, à la
diversification de l'économie nationale et à l'amélioration du bien-être des populations.

Abstract. This thesis makes a contribution to controlling the production of bivalve spat in
Algeria, paving the way for the sustainable development of shellfish farming. Hatchery
production will make it possible to meet the growing demand for seafood products, while
preserving natural resources and limiting environmental impact. This promising sector will not
only contribute to the country's food security by diversifying sources of protein supply, but also
to job creation and the revitalization of coastal areas.
In addition, mastering spat production will enable Algeria to position itself as a major player in
the Mediterranean shellfish industry, opening up new prospects for exports and international
collaboration.
In conclusion, this thesis presents a concrete and sustainable solution for the development of
shellfish farming in Algeria, thus contributing to the enhancement of marine resources, the
diversification of the national economy and the improvement of people's well-being.
