(Sorghum/Jawar) Cold and dry Astringent,
Nutritive
It is more dry than wheat, rice and bajra
that’s why
it checks the diarrhoea effectively. However, its
excessive consumption may cause dryness in the
body which can be minimized by taking with milk.
Nonetheless it provides nutrition to the body. It is
less digestive, produce dryness and flatulent but can
be minimized if it is consumed with some oil
prepared by sweet taste drugs, gulqand
and murabba
