1 Introduction
Corporate Social Responsibility has been gaining global importance, especially after
the publication of the “Sustainable Development Goals” (Gunawan et al. 2020;
Khalili et al. 2017; Martins et al. 2019a, b). Much of this importance stems from
the pressure exerted by stakeholders, who demand processes, products and services
with relevant societal impacts and an appropriate stance on environmental and social
issues. According to Abedini et al. (2020) and Gomes et al. (2019), the inclusion of
