approach was used. It represents a system of two equations

The system is solved using two-stage regression analysis.
The results of the system analysis are presented in Table 1.
Table 1 shows that both the education variable and
development variable, measured by the human development
index (HDI), have a significant impact on each other. That is,
education increases the level of the development measured
as HDI, which represents the level of health services, education, income, and life level in any country in general, and
