clear, often faintly outlined. Endexine significantly thicker than ektexine, responsible for the dark corpus. Ektexine detached equatorially to slightly sub-equatorially
on proximal face and sub-equatorially on distal face. Cappula 1/3 corpus width.
Structure of sacci fine, intra-granulate to intra-microreticulate.
Attached ektexine non-structured. Sacci occasionally joined laterally by an
ektexinal strip.
