the future. Therefore, after studying the present stage of rubber reinforcement by this
book, rubber researchers and engineers are requested to have their own prospective
views on rubber science under SD and globalizing trends. The future of rubber
technics is surely dependent on recognizing these scientific views.
The authors hope this book will excite investigation in the field of rubber reinforcement and is of use to sustain the general spirit of science upon the irresistible
law of necessity, while rubber technology has often failed to fully satisfy a creative
mind. They also hope this book could have provided the readers with a fundamental
base for their future works on rubber in general.
