Calculation of disinfection basin volume (Vd)
The volume of the disinfection basin is calculated using the following
formula:

With :

tc: Contact time. (tc= 30min).
Calculation of the horizontal surface area of the disinfection basin
(Sd)
The horizontal surface area of the basin is calculated using the following
formula:
