10 Recommendations
Research around institutional reform regarding the distribution of power and the
flow of knowledge in the policymaking chain with respect to SLR adaptation is
needed. From an agricultural perspective, in depth studies are needed to identify the
different physical, social, economic and institutional barriers that stand in the way
