Earlier, shop floor workers paid almost no attention to safety while working. Now,
the management has imposed a strict policy regarding safety equipment. Whenever a
worker is doing any work that needs safety gear, he has to wear the safety equipment
while doing it compulsorily. Even entry through the company gates is prohibited
unless the worker is wearing safety shoes. If he does not have it, then the company
provides him with safety shoes (Fig. 12).
