2. 4 × 3 m low-speed wind tunnel
The FL-12 wind tunnel is a 4 m × 3 m single-loop closed low-speed wind
tunnel located at the China center for aerodynamic research and development in Mianyang, Sichuan Province (as shown in Fig. 6.29). Wind
tunnel design work began in 1965, and model tests began in 1971. After
the completion of the wind tunnel, the measurement and control system
