The concentration of DO was measured continuously from the 16th day onward, and
the P/R ratio was calculated from the amount of production (P) and respiration (R).
Using the structural parameter, the influence of SDS was evaluated in comparison with
the control system based on the behaviors of microorganisms in the microcosm
observed for each of the 14 days after the addition of SDS for each SDS load system.
