published in reputed national and international journals
and supervised more than 20 doctoral students. He has
received several awards at national and international
levels and has five patents with one technology transfer.
He has also made significant contribution toward the
development of entrepreneurship ecosystem in Eastern
part of the country. He is fellow of the Institution of
Engineers (India), coordinator in Technology Business
Incubator at the Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras
Hindu University, and member of the executive committee NISBUD, Ministry of Skill Development, Government of India. His fields of expertise are biofuel
production, microbial bioprocessing, and enzyme
