In the proposed approach, the aim of the first step is to generate a topological
and task assignment, without considering detailed scheduling parameters, that
optimizes a simplified problem definition that does not consider precise temporal
relationships in scheduled tasks. The second step is a detailed search considering
full temporal relationships, however it is focused on the area determined from
the first step and as such the search space is greatly reduced. An overview of the
process is demonstrated in Fig. 2.

3.1 Topological and Task Planning
Topological planning is of fundamental significance for the present study. Even
though previous studies consider topology, the present one adopts a different
