3.5 Visualization
of Periplasmic Flagella
1. Display all objects in the tomogram to visualize the periplasmic
flagella in native cellular environment using UCSF Chimera
program (Fig. 2).
2. Segment the cell body and periplasmic flagella using Segment
Map option of UCSF Chimera program (Fig. 3).
