2.3.2.3 Cerebral Veins
The main superficial cerebral veins are (Fig. 2.24):
• Frontopolar veins
• Prefrontal veins
• Frontal veins
• Parietal veins
• Occipital veins
Other important superficial veins include the superior and inferior anastomotic
veins and the superficial middle cerebral vein.
