(genome-wide association study) has been used to identify genes and QTLs
associated with traits related to agronomic performance, grain quality, abiotic stress
tolerance, and domestication, however, very fewer reports have been published to
date on the use of GWAS for the identification of loci associated with disease
resistance (Kang et al. 2016).
