About the Editors
Harsh Panwar is currently Assistant Professor in Dairy Microbiology at Guru
Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, India. His research interests
include antimicrobial resistance and its mitigation in dairy and food. Dr. Panwar has
published more than 40 articles in high-impact journals. He is editorial board member for several international journals. Dr. Panwar has been awarded the Young
Scientist Award 2019 by the Association of Microbiologists of India; Indo-Australian
Career Boosting Gold Fellowship 2018–19 by the Department of Biotechnology,
Government of India; Best Teacher 2019 and Best Researcher 2018 Award by Guru
Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University; DST Inspire Fellowship by
the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India; Commonwealth
