marine and coastal environment (Shakman and Kinzelbach 2007; IUCN
2011; Shakman 2017). The P. segnis specimens were not retained;
consequently, sex determination and the collection of their morphometric
measurements was not possible.
Discussion
To the east of Libya, the Atlantic blue crab Callinectes sapidus has been
recorded in Egyptian waters, in the Bardawil Lagoon, Sinai Peninsula, where
