Michael Dedieu is the spokesman for ail the investors who hâve taken a stake in Butendiek. The trained
investment banker has been involved in the financing of infrastructure investments for a good two décades. One of his largest projects was to co-finance the A8 motorway between Munich and Augsburg.
Mr. Dedieu, when did you personally become involved for the first time in offshore wind power, either privately or professionally?
I hâve had professional dealings with offshore wind power since 200A. At the time I was appointed to
the management team of the company developing the British offshore wind farm, Greater Gabbard.
When Greater Gabbard was connected to the grid in 2012, this project was the largest offshore wind
farm in the world at the time with an output of 50A mégawatts.
