Note: The residues of birds are of breast muscle, liver and egg contents combined. The
residues of mammals are of muscle. The residues of fish are of whole animals (small fish)
and of muscle (large fish). The residues of molluscs are of whole animals less shells. The
residues have been divided roughly into five categories on a log basis, and two other
categories - trace (less than 0.1 ppm) and not detected (less than 0.05 ppm) n are edded.
