Etude de la biosorption des éléments traces métalliques sur une biomasse
marine
Résumé
L’étude de la biosorption de trois métaux Pb, Cd et Zn sur une algue brune marine
Cystoseira amentacea var. stricta (Montagne, 1847) par des essais en batch a permis de
mettre en évidence entre autres un temps de contact nécessaire à l’équilibre de 60 minutes
et une capacité d’adsorption du Pb de 46,24 mg/g équivalent à un rendement de 92,48 % ,
de 22,5 mg/g équivalent à 45% de rendement pour le Cd et enfin 27,94mg/g avec un
rendement de 55,88% pour le Zn avec une concentration des polluants initiale de 100mg/l
et 100mg de biomasse à une température de 20°C. La modélisation de la cinétique a été
établie par le modèle du pseudo second-ordre type 1,2 et 3, et celle des isothermes par le
modèle de Langmuir.

Summary
The study of biosorption of three metals Lead, Cadmium and Zinc on a brown algae
Cystoseira amentacea var. stricta with batch equilibrium experiments has permitted to
show that the time of contact to equilibrium is about 60 minutes with capacities of
adsorption of the Pb about 46, 24 mg/g equivalent to a percentage 92, 48 % of adsorption,
about 22, 5 mg/g equivalent to 45% of adsorption for Cd et finally 27, 94 mg/g with a
percentage of 55,88% for Zn in conditions of 100 mg/l for concentration of pollutants, 100
mg of biomass and a temperature 20°C. The modelization of kinetics has been done by the
Pseudo second-order type 1, 2 and 3 model and the isotherms by the Langmuir model.
