Abstract:
This work is completed for one 6 months period, on the level of marine experimental farm
(CNRDPA), with an aim of following certain physicochemical parameters of the medium, also
even the evolution of performance, and the capacity to reproduce of Tilapia of the Nile, in biofloc
medium. For that two experiments were carried out, the first consists in comparing the performances of growth between two modes biofloc with various C NR ratio via a pilot mode. The
second experiment consists in studying the performances of reproduction of the parents raised in
biofloc medium compared to those high out of clear water. The result showed that the rate of
survival was at 100% for R1, on the other hand one recorded a loss of 3% and fish 5% in the
Witness and R2. After 72 day of breeding the subjects subjected to the mode T and R1 have recorded a profit of the weight and a profit from biomass 22 and 21% higher than R2 respectively.
The Witnesses (T) consume the greatest quantity of food 1883 ±440,84 G with an index of conversion of 1.24. Mode 1 with a report C/N= 6 receives a quantity of 1697 ±309,44 G lower than
(T), with a better index of conversions of 1.13 and Mode 2 with a report C/N=8 receives a quantity
of 1508 ±280,96 G, which is weaker than T and R1 with an index of conversion of 1.35. Consequently, Tilapias effectively converted food in the Three Mode. Specific growth rate (TCS), the
profit of middleweight (GPM), the profit of the daily weight (GPQ) important at Tilapia of the
Nile is enlarged in R1 and T that R2. The statistical analysis for the females and the male did not
show any significant effect between the three mode (P>0.05) on the growth. Whereas the statistica l
analysis while considering only the females showed a better growth in modes 1 and T compared
to R2, significant test (p0,05<0>). No negative sign on the reproduction of Tilapia in the system
biofloc.
