Résumé
Les résultats des analyses microbiologiques ont révélé que les plages : Sirène, EL-Bahdja, Khaloufi Ι
et l’embouchure d’Oued Mazafran sont de mauvaise qualité, ce qui a été confirmé par la présence
d’Escherichia coli. Par ailleurs les plages Morité, Méditérannée, et bateau cassé sont de qualité
acceptable.
Concernant l’étude de la résistance aux antibiotique, nous avons constaté que la souche K. pneumoniae
présente un profil naturel à l’exception de la résistance aux TE. Kluyveraspp K.oxytoca,,Citro.freundii,
et Raou. Ornithinolytica présentent un profil de résistance naturel.
La moitié des espèces d’E.coli ont présenté un profil de résistance naturel, cependant, l’autre moitié a
présenté des résistances acquises.

Abstract
The results of the microbiological analyzes revealed that the beaches: Sirène, EL-Bahdja, Khaloufi Ι
and the mouth of Oued Mazafran are of poor quality, which has been confirmed by the presence of
Escherichia coli. Moreover Morité, Méditérannée and bateau cassé are of acceptable quality.
Regarding the study of antibiotic resistance, we found that the strain K. pneumoniae has a natural
profile with the exception of resistance to TE. Kluyveraspp K.oxytoca ,, Citro.freundii, and Raou.
Ornithinolytica exhibit a natural resistance profile.
Half of the E. coli species showed a natural resistance profile, however, the other half exhibited
acquired resistance.
