Résumé
Le but de ce travail et de créer une nouvelle démarche d’évaluation de la pollution par les
microplastiques dans la surface de l’eau en utilisant le filet Manta et pour la première fois dans
les sédiments marins à partir d’un prélèvement effectué par la benne suivi par une étude
granulométrique et les sédiments de la plage par la Méthode transect-quadrat au niveau de la
baie de Bou-Ismail, le travail a été réalisé en effectuant des études comparatives entre trois
périodes.
Nous avons travaillé, précisément, dans notre projet de fin d’études et pour la première, sur
l’effet de la courantologie sur la dispersion des microplastiques en surface de la mer d’une part
et d’autre part, à la quantification des microplastiques denses dans les sédiments marins.
Les résultats obtenus durant les 03 saisons examinées confirment que cette baie renferme des
quantités considérables des microplastiques dans les eaux superficielles ou dans les sédiments
marins.
Par ailleurs, nous avons démontré que la courantologie a un effet sur la dispersion des
microplastiques au niveau de la surface et dans les sédiments

Abstract
The purpose of this work is to create a new approach for assessing microplastic pollution in the
water surface using the Manta net and for the first time in marine sediments from a sampling
carried out by the grab followed by a granulometric study and sediments of the beach by the
method transect-quadrat at the level of the bay of bouismail, the work was carried out by
carrying out comparative studies between three periods.
We worked, precisely, in our project of end of studies and for the first, on the effect of the
current on the dispersion of microplastics on the surface of the sea on the one hand and on the
other hand, with the quantification of dense microplastics in marine sediments.
The results obtained during the three seasons examined confirm that this bay contains
considerable quantities of microplastics in surface waters or in marine sediments.
Furthermore, we have demonstrated that the current has an effect on the dispersion of
microplastics at the surface and in the sediments.
